About us
The company was founded in 1980, has now developed into a large modern enterprise which include research and development, casting, heat treatment, mechanical processing, the factory covers an area of 600,000 square meters, more than 800 employees. Most of our products are for export and mainly export to Europe and America, so we know the technical standard of Europe and America very well. The main products of our company are engineering machinery fittings, automobile axle housing, construction scaffolding, iron casting steel casting etc. In 2008,we developed low alloy steel casting axle housing independently and it got the Appearance Design Patent and Invention Patent in China.Its mechanical property exceed SCW550 (JISG5102 in Japan) and fatigue life over 1,100,000 times.(standard is 800,000times)In 2009,we won the Chinese International Foundry Fair Gold Medal, and in 2011,we got Chinese casting parts exhibition Gold Award. It set a precedent for the production of large complex thin-walled loader's gearbox that producing by EPC process.
Our factory embraces very advanced manufacturing technology and complete testing epuipment, there are four vacuum casting production lines, five EPC production lines, six resin sand Casting lines, five water glass sand production lines, two clay sand production lines, the Annual production is 110,000 tons. We spent nearly US $10 million to introduce one green pollution-free, fully automatic casting production line from Denmark in 2014.
With regard to the machining, we have 500 different equipments such as HASS machining center form the US, about testing epuipment,we have the high-resolution spectrograph from Germany, metallographic microscope, universal material tester, sand analyzer, hot metal Quality control instrument, ultrasonic fault detector, 3-d coordinate measuring apparatus. All about it are 50 more.They guarantee the products' stability of the quality.

3. Do you provide design drawings service? Can you produce according to samples?
We customize products according to customer’s drawings. For customers who don't know much about drawing, we also provide design and drawing services. You need to provide samples or sketches.
4. Can I get a quote without drawings?
Sure, upon receipt of your samples, pictures or drafts with detailed dimensions and other necessary information, our engineers will draw accurate technical drawings for you, thereafter upon your approval, we will offer you one formal quotation accordingly.
5. What about my drawing confidentiality? Would you ensure them not to be divulged?
Your samples and drawings will be strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone else. We will never release the drawings to any other third party without your written permission. We’d like to sign the NDA before your send us the drawings.
6. What is your sample policy? And can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, sample freight collected, and will be refunded from payment.
