We adopt a mature sand casting process for our precision nodular iron castings for commercial vehicles, covering pattern making, resin sand molding, melting & pouring, shot blasting cleaning, CNC machining, surface treatment, and final inspection. Our facility is equipped with vertical and horizontal automatic sand casting lines, alongside 60+ sets of 3-5 axis CNC machining centers, delivering high-precision machining with a tolerance of ±0.01mm and casting tolerance of CT5-CT8. Our R&D team uses AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and Rhino to optimize casting structure, improving mold filling performance and reducing casting defects.

In-Line Production Testing: We conduct metallographic analysis, hardness inspection, and mechanical property testing during production, with UT, MT, and RT non-destructive testing for critical parts.
Finished Product Validation: Finished castings are inspected via CMM, height gauges, and micrometers to verify dimensional accuracy, with 100% visual inspection for surface defects.
Batch Traceability Management: Each finished part is marked with a unique batch code, enabling full traceability of raw materials, production process, and inspection records.

We support full OEM/ODM customization, including production based on technical drawings (accepting DXF, DWG, STEP, STP, STL files) and reverse engineering from customer samples. Our engineering team offers design for manufacturability (DFM) support, optimizing casting structure to reduce production costs and improve product reliability, with dedicated prototyping services for new product development.
The standard sample production cycle is 30-45 working days, with inspection reports and sample photos provided for your approval before shipment.
For mass production, we accept 30% T/T down payment before production, with the 70% balance against the B/L copy.
