Our OEM ductile iron manhole cover adopts mature clay sand casting and resin sand core processes, with a complete production chain covering mold design, casting molding, CNC precision machining, surface treatment and final inspection. We are equipped with over 400 sets of professional production equipment, including automatic molding lines, 5-axis CNC machining centers and fully automatic surface treatment lines, to ensure consistency and stability of mass production.
We have established a complete quality management system in strict accordance with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards, with full digital monitoring throughout the production cycle. We have passed SGS and CE certifications, and all production links strictly follow standardized operating procedures to ensure each batch of products meets EN124 standard and customer-specific requirements.
We implement a 5-stage full-process quality control system for all custom cast iron manhole cover products: incoming raw material inspection (IQC), pre-production inspection, in-process quality control (IPQC), final quality control (FQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC). We use spectrum analyzers, tensile testers, hardness testers, salt spray testing machines and load testing equipment to conduct comprehensive tests on each batch of products, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, load-bearing performance verification, corrosion resistance testing and dimensional accuracy inspection, with tolerance controlled at ±0.02mm.

Our professional R&D and engineering team can complete product development and production according to your 2D (PDF/DWG) and 3D (STEP/IGS) drawings, or conduct reverse engineering based on your physical samples.
