Our OEM ductile iron truck components adopt a full-process standardized production flow, including drawing review, mold design and manufacturing, wax molding, sand casting, heat treatment, trimming and deburring, 5-axis CNC precision machining, surface treatment and final inspection. We have more than 60 sets of 3/4/5-axis CNC machining centers, automatic casting production lines and professional heat treatment furnaces, realizing mass production of complex structural parts with ultra-high precision.
We have established a strict quality management system in full compliance with IATF16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015 automotive industry standards, and passed SGS on-site audit certification. The entire production process is managed in accordance with automotive PPAP standards, with a complete production management and traceability system to ensure each product meets the stringent quality requirements of commercial vehicle manufacturing.
We implement a full-closed-loop quality assurance system for all custom grey iron casting truck parts, covering the whole process from raw material incoming to finished product delivery. All incoming raw materials are subject to spectral composition analysis and mechanical property testing to ensure material grade meets the standard. During production, we implement full inspection and routing inspection, using three-coordinate measuring instruments (CMM), ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, hardness testers and other equipment for comprehensive testing. Machining accuracy can be controlled within ±0.01mm, and each batch of products is attached with a complete quality inspection report to ensure 100% qualified delivery.
